I couldn't get past the texture myself, and didn't have the heart to give it to my son. It's like chewing on evening primrose oil pills scented with strawberry. Has zero fish taste, it just feels like chewing on balls of oil...the skin that encapsulates it just feels weird. As one reviewer puts it, its like chewing on plastic. If your child can swallow pills I would recommend these. Even though they are chewable, there's a high chance they will not like it.

It sounds crazy, but when I forget to give these to my hyperactive/impulsive preschooler for a week or so, we start getting bad reports from school. When she takes these supplements, we see a drastic improvement, and so does the school. It's like night and day. There have been a couple times I fell out of the routine of giving these to her daily, and completely forgot about them for a couple of weeks or so, and she really started falling apart. ... it did show some improvement with my son's behavior and focusing. if you want to go the natural route instead of drugging your kids into submission then this is for you. Be advised that the product takes time to work and it's not a cure all, but it calms my kid enough to be a normal kid, not a zombie.

The "extreme peach" label is extremely misleading. I bit into one of these and almost gagged. All fish flavor, no peach. Having said that though, the size is what matters for me. They are slightly larger than a jelly bean, so my child can actually swallow them, instead of chewing them up. After some drama, she is now taking them every day without a problem.

I like these because I no longer need to give several different types of vitamins and supplements at a time. My son does not like the flavor/ consistency (very sticky) so it does take a while for him to take them.

I was looking for an Omega-3 supplement that was easier to swallow than the usual huge softgels. Although this product is for kids, I feel it is beneficial to me as an adult as well, and the smaller capsules are easy to swallow!
